- Responsible for executing the sales strategies for the branch and ensuring product-wise target achievement and profitability by increasing the revenue and managing cost.
- Ensure growth of the market share of the branch in the area/city of operations in all product categories offered by Anand Rathi.
- Provide financial investments advice and address all client queries by attending joint calls with the relationship managers and maintaining high standards of post-sales services to all clients.
- Identifies the execution gaps in selling and work with the key stakeholders to ensure filling of the gaps for a more efficient & effective sales execution.
- Ensure all the portfolios are fully compliant with all the norms laid down by the organization.
- Building AUM and AUA and drive marketing activities on a regular basis and target potential corporate clients. Ensure an increase in relevant client base and retaining the existing ones by providing right and ethical advice.
- Drive and improve the usage of digital platforms in the team as well as the clients by driving adoption and increasing usage.
- Represent the branch in every monthly review meeting and share best practices and ideas with other colleagues.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should have relevant experience Preferably in Financial planning and in Wealth Planning Company into Investment Advisory of products like Insurance, Mutual Funds, PMS, Corporate FD’s and AIF.
